During the fashion styling process, I work closely with you to understand your style goals, body type, and lifestyle, curating outfits that not only look great but also make you feel confident and empowered. When it comes to makeup, I offer a range of services, from natural everyday looks to glamorous evening makeup, always emphasizing enhancing your natural beauty and highlighting your best features.

How do your mobile services work, and what are your booking and cancellation policies?

Since I operate as a mobile stylist, I bring my services directly to you. For in-person appointments, there's a travel fee of €0.55/km, with the first 25 km included free of charge. If travel exceeds three hours, an overnight flat rate applies in addition to the travel fee. Payments are due within 14 days of receipt. To secure your appointment, excluding personal styling consultation, a deposit of 25% is required in advance for every service with the option to pay in full. Cancellations made at least 36 hours before the appointment (excluding bridal services) are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. For bridal services, cancellations must be made at least one month in advance for a refund of the deposit. Special occasions may be subject to different cancellation policies. I reserve the right to cancel appointments with at least 12 hours notice.

I offer a range of service packages to suit different needs and occasions, including the Style Starter Pack, the Signature Style Bundle, the Ultimate Style Experience, and the Event/Business Bundle. Additionally, I provide specialized packages for bridal experiences, makeup services and makeup coaching, each tailored to deliver exceptional results and unforgettable experiences.

One of the unique aspects of my services is the option for silent appointments. If you prefer a quiet, focused atmosphere during your makeup session, just let me know, and I'll ensure a serene and calming environment for your appointment.

What are silent appointments, and how can I request one?

Silent appointments are designed for clients who prefer a tranquil and focused environment during their makeup session. During a silent appointment, I'll minimize conversation and distractions to allow you to fully relax and enjoy the experience. To request a silent appointment, simply let me know when booking your appointment, and I'll ensure a serene atmosphere for your session.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

It's recommended to book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially for special occasions or events. However, I understand that last-minute appointments may be needed, so feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule. 
Bridal appointments should be book at least 3 months in advance.

What safety measures do you have in place during appointments?

Your health and safety are my top priorities. I adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including regular hand washing, disinfecting tools and equipment between appointments, and wearing personal protective equipment as needed. Additionally, I monitor my own health and will reschedule appointments if I'm feeling unwell to ensure the safety of my clients.
